Stile Place Farmhouse
A Grade II listed building in West Sussex, we worked closely with the client to develop designs for a replacement hall staircase in this fifteenth century farmhouse. Listed Building consent has recently been granted and the proposals are now going out to tender.
The culimination of an extensive programme of repairs and alterations to the building over recent years, the design will transform the hall into an attractive space at the centre of the home. A combination of glass and oak is employed to provide an open, light and contemporary design.
Our services also included assembling the consultant team on behalf of the client, entailing a structural engineer and VAT consultant specialising in listed building works.
