Elsynge Road
Refurbishment and extension of Victorian town house from the 1851 Great Exhibition.
A full refurbishment of the property was delivered including extensive structural alterations and excavation. A complete redesign was carried out with new drainage, electrical and plumbing systems incorporated.
The lower ground floor had been a dark and neglected part of the house and the proposals fully integrate it into the rest of the home. The works included the reorganisation and extension of this area with the addition of bespoke glazing to create a new dining and kitchen space. The alterations bring a bright and contemporary feel to the interiors and provide a new access and sense of space to the garden.
