This house in Wandsworth contained a considerable but unused loft space. Gluckman Smith prepared designs that created an additional two bedrooms to the house incorporating a new rear mansard and dormer. We worked closely with OCSP Structural Engineers to provide designs that adapted to a complicated roof geometry.
